Privacy Policy
FEEG is an LLM routing proxy. It sits between your application and your LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), routing each query to the best model for the job. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, what we don't, and how we protect what we do.
What we collect
Request metadata. For every routed query, we log the model used, token counts (input and output), cost, routing decision, and timestamp. This powers your savings dashboard and our billing.
Tenant configuration. Your account name, pricing tier, and encrypted provider API keys.
Quality metrics. On a sample of routed queries, our LLM judge scores responses for accuracy, relevance, depth, and clarity. These scores — not the content — are stored to improve routing.
Embedding vectors. We compute a lightweight embedding of each query for routing classification. These vectors are used in real time and are not stored long-term.
What we do NOT collect
No prompt or response content. Your prompts and responses pass through the proxy in transit but are never persisted, logged, or written to disk. We cannot read the content of your API calls.
No third-party sharing. We do not share any data — metadata or otherwise — with third parties.
No model training. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model. FEEG's routing engine adapts using lightweight mathematical signals (embedding similarity and cost data), not your content.
Provider API keys
Your provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption (Fernet/AES-128-CBC). Keys are decrypted only in memory at the moment a request is forwarded to your chosen provider. They are never logged, never included in error messages, and never exposed via any API endpoint.
Data retention
Cost and usage logs are retained for billing and audit purposes for the duration of your account.
Routing state (gate matrices) is retained to maintain the router's learning across sessions. This is mathematical state, not content.
Deletion. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing dana@feeg.ai. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
Infrastructure
FEEG is hosted on Railway, using US-based infrastructure. All endpoints enforce HTTPS. The proxy itself uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics. The marketing website (feeg.ai) uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service that does not track individual users.
